I love kids and photographing them is just a treat for me. This was not just any other christening for me. It was special because I had photographed her lovely parents Wedding a couple of years ago an now I had the honor of capturing another milestone in this families life.

More on that later on my blog post. For now here are a few of my favorites of the day.

Church : St. Leon Cathedral – Burbank –
Reception Party : Bellaj Banquet Hall  -

hehehe….. CLASSIC!!!!

A special Thank you to Mike and Mayda – parents of precious Marina for giving me once again the opportunity to capture this special Milestone in your lives. This is a perfect example of loyalty and believing in someone’s passion and art. Thank you for choosing me.

“Remembering a few years back”

I’m a big fan of archiving my works and reflecting back and stuff. :)  I met Mike and Mayda at a wedding I was photographing in 2008. The bride then happened to be great friends with Mayda. :)

Guess who was the photographer at Mike and Mayda’s wedding in 2009?  :)

Thanks for everything. Hopefully  I can continue to capture memories for all your family and friends for generations to come.      VH

Edward Hosharian Memorial Concert – Zipper Hall Los Angeles

I had the awesome opportunity to photograph my dear close friend Greg Hosharian’s concert on sunday in which he was conducting the Armenian Pops Orchestra. The Concert was to commemorate the twentieth anniversary of Greg’s father,  Armenian musician, composer, and conductor Edward Hosharian’s tragic death at the age of 50.

All I have to say is one word. WOW.. What an amazing performance and I was lucky enough to witness it and capture it.

Here is a slideshow presentation I put together of some of the images I captured that night. The piece is an actual performance I recorded that night as I was shooting. If you listen closely you can actually here my shutter go off on my camera a couple of times.  :) Enjoy
